Breath — Kapalabhati

Deep breathing and the «skull-shining» breath that wakes up circulation in the belly and clears the mind.

Day 2

Vacuum & locks

The «false inhale» — uddiyana bandha. You draw the belly up under the ribs and learn the core abdominal lock.

Day 3

Agnisara — the inner fire

Rhythmic drawing-in of the belly on the held breath, building heat, control and inner strength.

Day 4

The central rope

Isolating the straight abdominal muscle into a clear central «rope» down the middle of the belly.

Day 5

Training the positions

Holding the rope lying down, on all fours and in the fisherman's pose — building ease and confidence.

Day 6

The circular wave

Rolling the rope left and right — the full churning motion, «the rolling of waves» across the belly.

Day 7

Nauli flow

Putting it all together into one complete 30-minute practice that's now fully yours.

  • Acute infections of the abdominal or pelvic organs
  • A flare-up of chronic digestive conditions (gastritis, ulcer)
  • Thromboembolic disease or internal bleeding
  • Malignant tumors of any location
  • Hiatal hernia
  • Uncompensated heart conditions or heart failure
  • Recent surgery (within 6 months) on the pelvic or abdominal area

Yes. The course is built for complete beginners. Each step is shown slowly, and the first days are all about learning to breathe and gently find your core.
How long until I can do nauli?
